An 18-year-old windsurfer from Germany launched a website where windsurfers can easily filter and search boards and sails from every brand in the industry.

Windsurfstuff.com aggregates over 100 boards and 100 sails from 22 windsurfing companies. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced windsurfer, you can get exactly what you need.

"I created this site from a windsurfer's perspective. I believe that the quality of the products varies little from brand to brand, and new brands are continuously searching their way into the market," explains Jannis Rohden, founder of Windsurfstuff.com.

"Simultaneously, the decision to buy a board or sail becomes harder but also more independent from the manufacturer, because the products are similar. So, the website provides an overview of the products."

Furthermore, Windsurfstuff.com lets you find surf gear according to your existing components like masts, booms or fins. All you need to do is filter all products by their attributes and see the boards and sails that fit your needs.

The majority of the 2018 gear is already available, but new and small labels will be added continually. Also, the 2019 lines are in planning and will be online soon after the official release.

As a passionate freestyle windsurfer, Jannis Rohden hopes that in the long-term he will be able to develop and improve the online platform so that every sailor connects with his favorite brands and manufacturers.

"I would love to evolve and offer the companies the opportunity to manage and showcase their products, as well as provide the users an environment for buying and selling second-hand stuff," adds Rohden.

"I have a lot of ideas. For example, the possibility of buying and selling products, leave comments and rate products, create accounts and save items in your personal collection, provide an interface for shops and developers and so on."

Nevertheless, the founder of Windsurfstuff.com wants to grow in close cooperation with the windsurfing scene. One step at a time.
