Windsurfers round the Christian Island: religious dedication to the sport

Two Canadian and one Argentine Olympic windsurfers have sailed 100 kilometres around Christian Island, Canada.

Kevin Stittle, David Hayes and Mariano Reutermann left from Thornbury, crossed Georgian bay around Christian Island and returned to Collingwood.

The windsurfing adventure was completed in 3 hours and 30 minutes with a stop for lunch on the island.

Stittle, Hayes and Reutermann reached speeds of 44 km/h. Watch the video.
