Jesper Vesterstrøm: he has a classy symbol in his surname

Jesper Vesterstrøm (DEN-111) has signed a contract deal with North Sails. The Danish windsurfer has been sailing for 24 years and will start the 2011 season with the new Warp F2011.

"Top quality, nice design and great performance are some of the things I really like about the NorthSails products. It really looks like that a lot of R&D have been put into the development of all the different pieces", says Vesterstrøm.

Vesterstrøm is training in Australia where he finds the perfect conditions to prepare this year's pro competitions. He will participate in the Downunder Pro 2011 - Oceanic & Australia Formula Windsurfing Championship, to be held at Hawks Nest.

The windsurfer is getting used to the new sails and tested it in the Sydney Race Series, with 40 competing sailors, where he won a race.
