Jesper Vesterstrøm: where are the other windsurfers?

Jesper Vesterstrøm has conquered the Kashy Fins Windsurfing Festival 2011, sailed at York Point, Seaford, Virginia, USA. The second event organized by Dave and Melissa Kashy attracted windsurfers from many regions such as Miami and New York.

The location was incredible and delivered two days of full blowing winds and sun. The seven races were fought by windsurfers of all levels experiencing longboards and Formula gear.

In the first day of competitions, Vesterstrøm stormed the spot by taking five bullets, even if closely followed by Dave Kashy and Chris, from Belgium.

In the second day of regatta, Jesper Vesterstrøm worked with the shifting winds to confirm his superiority over the remaining contestants.

"I think everyone had a great weekend and we are all pretty tired after a lot of intense racing", says the Danish rider.

Whether you think of a kite as a wing or a sail, you want it to be lightweight, resistant, waterproof, but also stiff and flexible at the same time, so that they could respond to all flight requests.
