Philippe Mesmeur: challenging the Hercules waves

Philippe Mesmeur has transformed Winter Storm Hercules into a big wave windsurfing party, in Le Dossen, France.

When Winter Storm Hercules hit the coastal regions of Europe, there were many wave riders hitting the water for their share of pleasure and adrenaline. The majority were surfers.

However, Philippe Mesmeur, 23, found the perfect spot to rig his sail and showed off his sponsor stickers, in the cold waters of Britanny. The French windsurfer has hit the ramps to rip the skies up high.

Check out his impressive backloops, pushloops and wave face slashes. He just doesn't leave any wave unridden, whether he his in a three or four-batten sail.

Wave windsurfer Philippe Mesmeur was born on the 11th March, 1990. He is sponsored by Side-Shore, Mystic, Point-7, F2 and ClipHarnessLine.

A German company specialized in designing and build wake park features announced the creation of the world's first floating outdoor surf pool.
