Augusto Garcia: Spanish sailor winning in the neighbour country

Augusto Garcia (ESP-171) was the big winner of the 2010 Conquilha Windsurfing Challenge. The event took place at the Centro Náutico da Praia de Faro, in Algarve, Portugal.
