Delphine Cousin: party time

Delphine Cousin has clinched her maiden 2012 PWA World Slalom Windsurfing title, in Alacati, Turkey.

The Meltemi wind continued to blow for the final day of the 2013 PWA Pegasus Airlines World Cup. Delphine Cousin will never forget the last days of August. She has reasons to celebrate.

"I'm super happy, I don't think I quite realize what's going on for the moment but we made some great racing this week, I'm just so happy!", reveals the young French sailor.

Cousin finished the Turkish event runner-up, right behind Sarah-Quita Offringa, and secured the first world windsurfing title of her career.

In the Men's event, Antoine Albeau raced faster than his opponents. Alberto Menegatti and Julien Quentel completed the podium, at Alacati.

"The racing was really tough today because almost every heat I was involved in required at least one restart. I look forward to returning to this wonderful place next year", tells Albeau.
