The 2015 RS:One European Championships will be held at Loctudy, in France, between July 5th-11th.

The event is open to all windsurfers, and it will feature an innovative race format: The Pulsar, a slalom race with reaching start.

There will also be a Marathon (long distance) and classical Regatta. The organization promises that the courses will be set up in a way that the on-shore audience can enjoy the races.

Full rigs will be available for rental, and a special discount will be granted to racers and clubs who wish to purchase rig packs after the event. Le Cercle Nautique de Loctudy, with its scenic bay and famous hospitality, is the perfect venue for a large number of racers and spectators.

The RS:One is an official ISAF one-design windsurfing class since 2011. The multi-generational windsurfing board features an adjustable mast track for optimized trimming in sub and planning conditions, as well as an easy and light-performing 7.8 sail.

Espoirs (Youth Under 22), Seniors (Under 40) and Masters (+40), men and women, can race together on the same starting line in a collective fleet. Only the rider makes the difference.

The 2015 RS:One European champions will be invited to compete later in the year at the picturesque Taal Lake, in the Philippines, with its majestic volcano, from December 7th-12th.
