Kai Lenny: look, no hand

The best air windsurfers in the world are warming up for the "Oxbow Ride the Sky", to be held in Maui, from April 1st. The challenge is quite simple: get windsurfing to world-record breaking heights at Ho'okipa Beach Park, on the East side of the Valley Isle.

Windsurfers will carry a GPS system on their boards, which will measure their amplitude, speed and height. The "Oxbow Ride the Sky" officials will select the best day to run the contest, in a 30-day waiting period.

There are three special trophies: "Highest Air", "Best Trick" and "Worst Wipeout". The highest air will be awarded a $100 per foot and $2,500 will go to best trick winner.

World-class wind riders include Levi Siver, Jason Polakow, Kai Lenny and Phillip Koster. Naish International's Robby Naish will also be competing in the "Oxbow Ride the Sky".

With inspired and fit windsurfers, the Guinness World Records will be there to confirm the most outstanding air jumps. The complete list of invitees of the "Oxbow Ride the Sky" includes:
