British Bodyboard Club Tour: you may run an event in your local spot

The 2011 British Bodyboard Club Tour will kick off with the Sorted Surf Comp, at Boscombe, between the 19th and 29th March. This is the second year British bodyboarders are running a full national contest. The complete schedule will be unveiled in the next days.

In 2010, riders took on four different spots. This time, the British Bodyboard Club (BBC) wants to secure bigger and better locations.

The judging criteria will also be revamped. The UK bodyboard judges will follow the international system.

Also, the BBC is stimulation the creation of national bodyboarding events, by setting up the logistics in any coastal town or city.
