Mike Dowdy: he won again in Lake Tye | Photo: PWT

Mike Dowdy has taken out the third stop of the 2016 Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour, held in Lake Tye, Washington.

The wakeboarder from Brighton, Michigan, won his second event of the season with a remarkable performance in a highly competitive final. Dowdy put two passes together and stole the show.

"I'm really pumped to take the win up here in Monroe in front of such a fun crowd and an incredibly scenic backdrop, especially being the only American in the all-Aussie final. Thanks to everyone for coming out!" expressed Mike Dowdy.

In the wakesurfing division, nobody seems able to stop Keenan Flegel from winning his second Pro Wakeboard Tour title.

"Things went well for the Flegel brothers this weekend. Big thanks to Aaron Witherell for showing me around and giving me some ride time before the comp!" concluded Flegel.
