Ridge Lenny: bodyboarding is for getting up

Ridge Lenny started to ride waves when he was only six years old. The talented Hawaiian surfer and SUP genius from Paia also has a famous brother, Kai Lenny.

Ridge, clearly a future waterman star, enjoys all wave sports, from surfing to windsurfing, kitesurfing, and bodyboarding. This time, Ridge brings one of the most incredible videos of 2011.

The 14-year-old has released footage of his highlight moves and tricks in the stand-up bodyboarding division.

The result is simply breathtaking. With all due respect, it looks like bodyboarding is a stand-up wave sport.

Ridge Lenny kicks off from the small jetty into the waves and then puts out a solid show.

There are 360's, tube rides, switch stance moves, rail carves, and inverted board rides. It seems easy to copy all these moves, but it is Ridge who makes everything possible.

The younger brother of Kai Lenny has been working on his young career through several wave contests, held in Hawaii.

Ridge has enough talent to aim for a world title in surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, or bodyboarding.
