Kelly Slater: the greatest surfer of all time won 56 Championship Tour events | Photo: Scholtz/WSL

Kelly Slater is undoubtedly the best and most successful competitive surfer of all time.

The Floridian has been competing on the Men's Championship Tour (CT) since the ASP World Tour days when there were no online broadcasts or social media channels.

Despite turning pro in 1990, Slater would only kick off his triumphant campaign and career in the elite of surfing in 1992.

Over three decades, he broke several records, including becoming the youngest - aged 20 - and the oldest - aged 39 - to conquer a world surfing title.

The list of events Kelly Slater won is nothing but impressive. The greatest surfer of all time celebrated 56 CT victories and 11 world titles, something that seems unbeatable.

Take a look at the complete list of Kelly Slater's Championship Tour event wins.
