Alberto Menegatti: the Italian Formula king

Alberto Menegatti (Circolo Surf Torbole) has taken the 2010 Italian Formula Windsurfing Championship.

In four days of intense racing, Menegatti was able to get five 1st results and two 2nd places.

The event was hosted by Circolo Nautico Numana. The windsurfing contest had 15 knots of wind in the last day, with gusts of more than 30 knots.

In second place stood Marco Begalli (Windsurfing Club Cagliari). Third best was Andrea Beverino (Windsurfing club Cagliari).

Division Winners:

Juniors – Mauritius Farigu (7th overall)
Light – Joseph Pugliese (6th overall)
Grand Master - Massimo Masserini (8th overall)
Master - Marco Begalli
