Austin Keen: when will he cut those dreadlocks

Austin Keen has conquered the 2014 Southside Shootout, at Dewey Beach, Delaware.

Keen secured the second victory in the 2014 United Skim Tour (UST), and moves to the top of the overall ranking. He overtakes Leandro Azevedo.

The skimboarder from Tybee Island finished the first event of the season in third place, and the Cabo Clasico event in first.

Despite the choppy waves on offer in the opening day of competition at Dewey Beach, the overall conditions were surely contestable.

The Vic is the next stage of the 2014 United Skim Tour. Riders will be competing in Laguna Beach, California, between 28th-29th June. Female skimboarders will also make their first appearance in the season.
