Brad Domke: no fear

When the giant water curtain closes, it can be scary. Brad Domke is ready to conquer the world. His wipeouts are epics and his greatest rides.

Brad Domke is one of the best wave riders of all time. He may very well win the Billabong XXL Ride of the Year award, in 2015, after riding the biggest skimboarding wave of all time, in Puerto Escondido, Mexico.

On the 5th July 2014, Domke tried all waves, in finless mode. He was able to escape a few monsters, got barreled, but also got pounded by massive walls of brown water.

In one of the bombs, the curtain closed. There was nowhere to hide. As the lip falls behind Brad Domke, the fearless skimboarder disappears, still grabbing rails.

Let's be clear. Big wave skimboarding starts and ends in Brad Domke. And he may be responsible for bringing the sport to the limelight.
