September Sessions is the second surf movie directed by Jack Johnson. The 16mm film takes place in the islands of Sumatra during the September of 1999. Jack Johnson was invited by long-time friend Kelly Slater to document a trip he took with Rob Machado and a few more of the world’s best surfers. The official soundtrack is released through Brushfire Records.
