Casting sexual connotations to one side, Italian freestyler Mattia Pedrani has recently updated his blog with news of sponsorship changes, and the release of his latest music and video media.
With the windsurf transfer season still very much in full effect, 23 year old Pedrani has announced that he’s changing both board and sail sponsors. After competing on equipment from Mistral and North during the 2008 season, Pedrani has now made the move across to Starboard and Simmer sails.
While there’s been no official word from either brand about their latest signing, Pedrani, who finished 13th overall in the 2008 PWA freestyle discipline, has been quick on the case to publicise his new sponsors.
In addition to the Italian’s new sponsors, Pedrani’s also released footage of his winter’s exploits in Lake Garda. Ripping in his now trademark dry suit, the video, ‘Iron man on a Mission’, which refers to the models of his new Simmer sails, shows the cold’s no reason to hold back from throwing down literally every move in the book.
Topping off the big three, for fans of Pedrani’s unique hip-hop style, his website also boasts a handful of new tunes to either aggravate or enhance your browsing experience, depending of course on how eclectic your musical tastes are.
