Indonesia has cancelled the tsunami warning 45 minutes after a 7.6 magnitude earthquake rocked the Java Island. The country suspend the alert as there were no tidal waves detected by the seismologists. The quake had its epicentre in the Indian Ocean, about 142 km south-west of Tasikmalaya district in West Java. An aftershock of 5.1 magnitude was felt in Tasikmalaya, 20 minutes after the earthquake.
